First Mutual

The girls had their first mutual with me tonight. Like any other mutual we started together with the Young Men. After we went to the room, I introduced myself and then had them ask anything they wanted to know about me. Only one girl was asking questions, but I guess that's good for the first night? After, I had them go around telling me their name, school they go to and their favorite movie. Its interesting to know how many of them like some of the same movies I fell in love with when I was in Young Women. Like A Walk to Remember, but who does not love that movie. I will have to focus on getting  to know them very good, I want them all to feel comfortable with talking to me, but most important I want them to know that I care.

We played some Minute to Win it games. I divided them into 3 teams of 3. I told them that they could take turns playing each game of the best would be to work as a team. I was really happy to see that all decided to play as a team. After they made ice cream sandwiches. As I made my last walk through just to makes sure they all had a ride, those I ran into said thank you and that they had a lot of fun. That made me happy.  Here are a few pictures, but because of all the movement they are not that good.
